Who can register?

Practising doctors in India, of any specialty. Our team reviews every profile before it goes live.

What happens after I register?

You’ll get an email saying your profile is under review. Once approved, sign in to the DocFollow Doctor app with an sent to your registered mobile number.

Does DocFollow cost anything?

There's no charge to register or to use DocFollow today.

Can I chat with patients outside India?

Yes. Your patients can use an Indian (+91) or a US or Canadian (+1) mobile number, so family and patients abroad stay connected too.

Do patients see my mobile number?

No. Patients contact you on DocFollow, and your number is never shown to them.

Will DocFollow send my patients to other doctors?

Never. DocFollow is not a marketplace. Patients only see the doctors they're connected to.

Can I choose when I get messages?

Yes. Set Do Not Disturb hours. Messages sent during them arrive as one summary when they end.

Can my staff use DocFollow?

Yes. Add your receptionist from the doctor app. They sign in to the staff portal with their own mobile number, to add patients, upload prescriptions and reports, and keep records up to date. They can't read your chats.

Does DocFollow replace my clinic software?

No. DocFollow isn’t an . It keeps the record you need beside each chat, and works with the software you already use.
